Assembled on light, crisp multi-directional IM8 blanks, every KVD Elite Casting Rod is built using proprietary FOCAS technology, a multi-layered process that creates 75% greater tip strength along with more overall durability and sensitivity. To further reduce weight while ensuring excellent balance, the stainless-steel guides feature zirconia inserts to help you pitch and cast with total smoothness.

Updated with longer handle lengths, each KVD Elite Casting Rod incorporates a comfortable EVA split grip and Lew's Full Contact reel seat equipped with a massive integrated cutout for abundant finger-to-blank contact.
