Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please remember to package your return properly to insure it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as final sale items, gift cards or custom ordered merchandise. Any products used or worn can't be returned. If an item is defective, we can assist you in making a manufacture warranty claim but can't accept a return once product has been opened or returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Option One: The fastest way to make an "exchange" on an item is to return the product you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Doing it this way will ensure your "new" product can ship same business day (if received prior to 1pm) without the wait. Once your return is received the refund will be processed back to your payment method minus the return shipping fee.

Option Two: Once we receive your return, we will ship out the item you requested to exchanged for. If a refund is owed due to a price difference we will refund that amount minus the return shipping fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded minus, the return shipping fee, on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 1 to 3 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
