Shipping policy

We process all orders SAME DAY but please understand that UPS & USPS picks up at 1pm daily. Any orders received after those times will be picked up the following day.  

UPS ground transit maps can be found on our website for you to estimate arrival times. G-Ratt Baits ship directly from manufacture in California. All other items ship from Brookeland, Texas (outside of Houston). 

USPS has the slowest ground transit times at an average of 7 to 10 days. They are the cheapest for a reason. If you need an order by a certain date, I highly suggest you choose UPS or leave it in the notes section of your order and we will make sure the appropriate carrier is used. 

Please understand that the employee's at Tackle Addict do their part in getting your order shipped out ASAP but can NOT control the speed of your package once it leaves our hands.  If your package is moving slow in transit, please contact the appropriate carrier and take your frustration out on them.  We see the same tracking information you do and do not have any special powers when it comes to dealing with UPS or USPS.  If your item is lost in transit (USPS requires 14 days in transit before it will consider a package lost) or arrives damaged, we will handle replacing items and/or filling a shipping claim but again please understand this is not the fault of Tackle Addict.
