At Tackle Addict we strive to provide our customers with fast and affordable to shipping. All orders (excluding international) placed before 1:00 pm Central Standard Time will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders over $75 will receive FREE standard ground shipping excluding rods and oversized items.
Please remember that once your order leaves our store, its movement is entirely in the hands of the shipping carrier. We see the same tracking information you do and do not have the ability to speed up delivery or prevent unexpected delays.
We understand that shipping issues can be frustrating, but we kindly ask that you do not take that frustration out on our employees—they are here to help and want to make your experience as positive as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change if all items purchased cannot fit inside one box or rod tube. If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes you will be notified. Due to dimension and weight limitations assessed by UPS, orders made with an extraordinary amount of weight or large dimensions may be subject to a freight charge. Please call 409-678-9370 or e-mail info@tackleaddict.com if you think you may be placing an order that could incur a shipping charge. We will confirm if your order does need a freight charge and can supply you with a shipping cost for your purchase at that time.
Typical travel time is 4-10 working days regardless of destination. This shipping option is not preferred but is ultimately the most cost efficient.

Transit days for ground shipments are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Transit days are approximate and not guaranteed on ground shipments.
General Travel Time Breakdown
With the exception of Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery, weekend days are not included in the travel time of a package. All UPS shipments offer tracking.
Delivery and transit days are Monday-Friday only. Packages do not move in transit or deliver on weekends without an added charge.

At Tackle Addict customer service is of the utmost importance. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Products returned in new, unopened, store-bought condition are eligible for return minus the shipping cost within 30 days of purchase for store credit, exchange or refund (Excluding any Sale items). Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your order qualified for free shipping and you are returning it, there will be a charge of $5.00 for return shipping. We are a small business and unfortunately the rise in shipping cost has been very hard on us!
IN STORE purchases/returns MUST have the original receipt otherwise you will be subject to current product pricing and eligible for store credit only.
** ANYTHING purchased on "SALE" is NOT eligible for a return. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Products that are defective or not working correctly after they have been opened or used may have a manufacture warranty. In this case you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. We are more than happy to assist you in providing this information if needed.
