Frozen Shad is a proven Megabass color originally introduced in the 2009 Area Trout Limited Series on the Baby Griffon and Live X Smolt. Built on a simple yet highly effective palette, it features a pale blue pearl base topped with a smoky black back, all finished in a distinctive matte coat that sets it apart from standard pearlescent colors.

While pearl in nature, Frozen Shad maintains a level of transparency that allows it to blend naturally into the water column, creating a balanced presentation with moderate flash and a lively, realistic feel.
